Past Work Experience expected: 3–8 years (including handling large scale field research)
Salary: ₹60000-₹80000 per month as per qualification/experience
Reporting to: Director, Centre for Digital Advancement, FLAME University
Job Purpose: Coordinate the centre's activities within the university while also managing a research project on population studies, the India Digital Literacy Index Project. This role will involve planning and coordination of centre operations, event management, field travel to oversee research activities, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of research projects.

Key Responsibilities
Research Project Management:

• Assist in designing and implementing research projects, including the creation of cross-country panels.
• Coordinate field research activities, including planning, monitoring, and data collection.
• Collaborate with team members to draft comprehensive reports and develop training programs.
• Collaborate with policymakers, research institutions, and other stakeholders to foster partnerships and collaborations.

Centre Coordination and Advocacy:

• Manage Center's activities to ensure operational efficiency.
• Plan and conduct engaging events to foster community involvement.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to facilitate the smooth functioning of the center.
• Make periodic reports as needed for various stakeholder

• Proficiency in using statistical software (such as SPSS, R, and Stata) and programming languages, especially Python.
• Competence in using data visualization tools and libraries (such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio).

• Ability to communicate findings and insights in a clear and comprehensible manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
